Open a new image 700 x 700

Open/Copy/Paste "frame1" as a new layer

Magic Wand tool

Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 3

Open/Copy/Paste "paper4" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete

Do not deselect

Open/Copy/Paste  "city scape" as a new layer under the frame

Image - Resize - 80%

Align with bottom of frame

Hit Delete

Open/Copy/Paste "rainbow" as a new layer

Place toward the top under frame

Hit Delete

Open/Copy/Paste "car2" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Move to the bottom left corner under frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste tube of choice as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place on the right of car, inside frame

Hit delete, if needed

Deselect

Open/Copy/Paste "boombox" as a new layer

Resize 60 %

Place on the right side above frame

Open/Copy/Paste "cassette" as a new layer

Resize 60 %

Place on the bottom right side of boombox

Open/Copy/Paste "charm2" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the top left corner of frame

Open/Copy/Paste "phone" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate right 10 degrees - All layers UNCHECKED

Drag behind the boombox

Open/Copy/Paste "soda" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the left bottom of frame

Open/Copy/Paste "dice' as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the bottom left side of frame

Copy/Paste "splat2" and "splat3" as a new layer

Move one to the right and the other to the left

Merge them together

Drag to the bottom layer

Crop/Resize

Add the proper copyright info

Add your name and you're done!
