FTU - 4th of July

This tutorial was written my Miranda/Randi. Any resemblance to any other tag/tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not copy my tutorial and use it as your own. This tutorial was written using PSPX4.

SUPPLIES:

Tube of Choice: I'm using the artwork of Robert Alvarado. You can find his work at CDO

My wordart, Just right click and save:

PLUGINS:

Muras Meister - Copies

Muras Meister - Tone

VM Toolbox - Trimosaic

Xenofex 2 - Constellation

Open a new image 700x250

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Muras Meister - Copies

Wallpaper (Rotate)

Change the number to 25

Duplicate tube layer

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 5.00

Change Blend Mode to Hard Light

Duplicate tube layer

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur Default settings

Mura's Meister - Tone

Change the type to Ramndom

Hit Ok

Change Blend Mode to Soft Light

On the original Muras copies tube layer

VM Toolbox - Trimosaic - Default settings

Adjust - Sharpen

Xenofex 2 - Constellation with these settings:

Star Size: 1.98

Size Variation: 50

Edge Star Density: 100

Overall Star Density: 0

Overdrive: 100

Twinkle Amount: 100

Keep Original Image Checked

Merge Visible.

Open fireworks1, fireworks2, fireworks3, and fireworks4

Copy and paste them as a new layer

Line them up along the banner. Any order is fine.

Copy and paste waves as a new layer

Move to the left

Duplicate - Image Mirror (or Flip horizontal)

Line the flipped waves up with the edge of the other

Merge down

Drop Shadow:

V Offset: 1

H Offset: -2

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2.00

Color: Black

And then again, reversing the v&h offsets

Copy and Paste my wordart and place on the left side

Copy and paste your tube

Resize if needed

Place on right side

Copy and paste both sparkles and place them however you like

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Select all

Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders:

Inside

Anti-Alias Checked

Width - 4

Flood fill with Color of choice

Adjust - add Noise

Random

60%

Monochrome checked

Add drop shadow

And that's it! Add your copyright info and name!
