PTU 4th of July Barbecue

This tutorial was written my Miranda/Randi. Any resemblance to any other tag/tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not copy my tutorial and use it as your own. This tutorial was written using PSPX4.

SUPPLIES:

Artist: Lysisange "American Beauty" Get it HERE at S&Co

PTU Scrapkit: Happy Independence Day by Cherry Blossom Designs. Get it HERE at S&Co

Font: Amerika

Open a new image 700x700

Open Element 69

Copy and paste as a new layer

Resize 70% and move toward the top

Grab your selection tool.

Select around the window

Select the bottom layer

Copy and paste Paper 23 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Arrange so it fits in window

Selections - Invert - Delete

Do not deselect until I say to.

Copy and paste Element 12 as a new layer

Move to the bottom of the inside of the frame

Hit Delete

Copy and paste Element 10 as a new layer

Move to the top part of element 12 (it should overlap the sand a little)

Hit Delete

Copy and paste Element 18

Resize 70%

Place to your liking inside the frame (in the center)

Copy and Paste Element 72 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Duplicate

Arrange them inside the frame at the bottom

Hit Delete

Drop Shadow:

V&H : 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy and paste Element 77 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the left inside frame

Hit Delete

Deselect and Crop

Add a drop shadow to the frame

I copied and pasted the tube and resized at this point to better see what I'm working with

Copy and Paste Element 73

Resize 60% arrange under the frame layers

I duplicated, mirrored until I had it the way I liked.

Copy and Paste Element 98 as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the right side of tag, with the bottom just below the frame

Drop Shadow

Copy and Paste Element 96 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place over the tube layer toward the bottom of the tag

Drop Shadow

Open Elements 102, 103, 105, 108, 109, and 110

Copy and Paste

Resize them all 20% (hot dog and burger 10% if that is better for you)

Add drop shadow to all of them

Open Element 101 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place in front of the table

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste Element 144

Resize 60%

Drag below the frame and grass layers and move so it's showing behind the left side of the frame

Copy and paste Element 209 as a new layer

Move it around to your liking and drag below the tube layer

Copy and paste Element 174 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Move to the top right side of frame

Drag down below the grill layer

Copy and paste Element 128 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place in front of cooler

Drop Shadow

Copy and Paste Element 126 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place to your liking on table

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste Element 95 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Drag below the tube layer

Drop Shadow

Copy and Paste Element 175 as a new layer above the chair

Resize 50%

Place so it's sitting on the chair

Copy and paste Element 213 and Element 199

Drag the below the frame layers and move them around a bit

They should show above and on the side of frame

Copy and Paste Element 131 as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the bottom right corner of tag

Copy and Paste Element 74 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Duplicate

Put them on the right and left of frame

Merge them and drag them to just below the chair layer

Copy and Paste Element 83 as a new layer

Resize 40%

Drag Below chair layer and place to your liking

Copy and Paste Element 82 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place above chair

Copy and paste Element 86

Resize 20%

Place at the bottom right of table

Copy and paste Element 61 as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place on the seat of the picnic table

Copy and paste Element 62 as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the bottom left of tag

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste Element 89 as a new layer

Resize 30%

Mirror (flip horizontally)

Place on the top left corner of frame

Drop Shadow

Crop and Resize to your liking

Add your copyright info

Add your name

That's it! You're done!
